I have not done anything other than install the Static HTML Output 6.6.21 plugin and attempt to make a. I just created a fresh wordpress site using Local by Flywheel with default settings (WP 5.5, PHP 7.3.5, mysql 8.0.16, Nginx) on my Win 10 machine.
